View+ for 5mx v. 2.16a - bugfix (APP file only)

This is APP file only. Replace the existing View+.app in your View+ instalation folder with provided one.

Fixed:

1) Info window on some titlebars is now shown (Hex, Text viewer, Image viewer, etc...)

2) Changed hotkey for "Run Program" in Note+ (File Manager) from Fn+I to Shift+I
