There is, up to now, one question, raised by Kees:

1) To think about new titlebar in Note+ File Manager (and elsewhere).

2) Also, I noted a bug of missing titlebar info-window in Hex viewer, text viewer, image viewer, etc.
It will be included in bug-fix release 2.16a.
