View+ 1.31 pre-release is ready!

It includes many enhancements and two additional powerfull tools:
Text Line Remover and Multi Rename Tool.

Among enhancements are:
1) Improved Hex Editor
2) Improved Email Viewer (completely new interface and message display&handling)
3) VCL (View+ Command Line) rewritten - faster execution.
4) And finally, Note+ File Manager is substantially enhanced - faster navigation and smoother display!
Opening folders with lot of files, even on big CF cards, is instantaneous!

Ready for final pre-release testing? Very Happy
