I agree. What I have seen of the app is superb BUT am lost as to its full usage...A basic help file would be good for everyone..

I only used those .FND files once, but just to try it out. I never used the V+ Clipboard.
A tip list would be very fine (since there are surely many things I never used/see before)

If you have any experiences, bring it here
I'll give a hand to explain it more...
2) File Clipboard
This is real powerfull tool. I use it a lot and tried to explain it in brief in this Forum section! Have a look.
